Amadora Municipality, AIP and Amadora Inova sign agreement to support entrepreneurs, start-ups and SMEs

Amadora Municipality, AIP and Amadora Inova will now have a strategic collaboration to promote and develop synergies to support the promotion of entrepreneurship and start-ups and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). To achieve this, they will carry out joint activities, share resources and knowledge and develop innovative projects. All with the aim of encouraging innovation and promoting new business ideas. This was agreed upon in a tripartite protocol, signed on June 11th, by the presidents of the three entities, respectively Vítor Ferreira, José Eduardo Carvalho and José Agostinho Marques.

The agreement also focuses on the sharing of resources, including physical spaces and equipment, to carry out the planned activities, especially in the field of AIP and Amadora Inova incubators, both accredited by the National Incubator Network.

The three entities have committed, among other actions, to provide incubation, mentoring and consulting services, identify and promote financing opportunities and hold events on topics relevant to entrepreneurs, start-ups and SMEs
