AIP participated and actively contributed to the first edition of the Rede E’Almada Employment Fair, which took place on the 16th, 17th and 18th of May, at the Centro Cultural e Juvenil de Santo Amaro – Casa Amarela. For three days, the region's main innovative companies presented their business up close to anyone interested in discovering job opportunities and finding ways to guide their future and career.
The fair is an initiative of the E´Almada network, made up of 14 entities, including Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Almada, AIP partner in the 3E Local project, within the scope of OIL1 caparica - trafaria and was designed to bring together several entities and partners , including AIP, with employment, entrepreneurship and education/training opportunities, providing a unique space for networking, exploring opportunities, interviews, recruitment, assistance in creating CVs and personal and professional development for each visitor.
At this event, AIP promoted, in partnership with Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Almada, a thematic workshop on Entrepreneurship: financing and resources.
The event was also the stage for the dissemination of the various activities planned in the OIL1 Caparica - Trafaria 3E Local projects, and in the OIL2 Costa da Caparica project, led by the municipality of Almada, of which AIP is the executive partner entity.
