Trademark registration is a guarantee of protection for companies

Trademark registration is an essential engine of the economy that helps in the growth, innovation and strengthening of Portuguese companies, regardless of their size or sector of activity. Brand protection makes it possible to protect and make a product or service that the company markets differentiator in the market.

According to INPI statistics, between January and October of this year, 13,857 trademarks and other distinctive trade marks were granted in Portugal. AIP has a service that supports companies in preparing the entire trademark registration process with the INPI or EUIPO.
