Planimolde recognized by Infarmed as a manufacturer of medical devices

Following an order made in September 2021, Planimolde was licensed by Infarmed for the production of medical devices.

In the midst of the global pandemic crisis, Planimolde invested in R&D, expanding its area of activity by initiating several product development projects in the health and covid 19 area, including tubes for swab collections or phases of DNA extraction using an analytical method, both for use in the context of the pandemic, as well as for environmental control.

Founded in 1978, in Marinha Grande, Planimolde is a reference company in the manufacture of molds and plastic parts.
