SEL – Salsicharia Estremocense S.A. was once again distinguished with the “Flavor of the Year” award after gaining consumer recognition with its recent product FUET de Porco Preto de Campo, of superior quality, one hundred percent Portuguese and produced from the best raw material.

“The market is very dynamic and we found in this award a way to distinguish ourselves from competing brands”, highlights the exporting company with a manufacturing unit in Estremoz, in the district of Évora. “We are very happy to go to trials and test our products in comparison with those of the competition", he also says.

SEL has been Flavor of the Year since 2008 in a variety of products. In fact, it was in that year that the concept was established in Portugal, coming from France, its country of origin, since 1995.
