Moneris is once again recognized, for the second consecutive year, in the “SME Social Responsibility” and “Career Mobility” categories of the Human Resources 2022 Awards, whose awards were delivered on May 31, at the O Clube – Monsanto Secret Spot, in Lisbon.

The event identifies good practices in people management, but also highlights good management practices in companies, and also rewards some personalities who stood out most during the year in Portugal.

Considered the largest national accounting and management support group, Moneris emphasizes that there are “two essential values that guide the company”: “The creation of value in the communities in which we operate, with a clear agenda of individual and corporate solidarity; and sharing, through valuing our people and promoting equal opportunities and internal mobility”.

Moneris, based in Algés, is involved in the issues of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), being one of the active members of GRACE – Empresas Responsáveis.

Sharing knowledge and opportunities are commitments it has been making over the last decade, as the company says on its website: “We have had the “Moneris Passport” program for more than 12 years, which promotes internal mobility and has led our people to embrace opportunities across the country, growing and finding their geographical and/or professional context where they feel better”.
