Lenobetão contributes to a sustainable residential project in Alta de Lisboa
Lenobetão, a NOV Indústria Group company, was responsible for supplying ready-mixed concrete for the construction of the Jardins Altear development, a residential project in Alta de Lisboa, comprising 10 buildings, which will provide more than 500 new apartments from T1 to T5 and various commercial spaces. This is a total contract for 15,000 m3 of concrete and with an approximate value of 1.5 million euros. The supplies started last August and will last for a year, until August 2023 This residential project involves several continuous and daily concreting works by Lenobetão. It also requires regular quality control of the concrete, with resistance and air control tests, which are being carried out by ECLAB, a civil construction laboratory accredited by IPAC, also belonging to the NOV Group.
Lenobetão has been able to respond to the requirements of the project. The company has production centers in Fátima, Castelo Branco, Montijo, Portalegre and Sintra, being certified in its Quality Management System, by the NP EN ISO9001 standard, within the scope of “Development, Production and supply of ready-mixed concrete”.
The NOV Indústria Group has focused on differentiation and innovation in all its companies in the market where it operates. In addition to Lenobetão, Grupo NOV's industrial sector comprises Ecopaint, Lena Agregados, Viamarca and Equimetra.
