Day 10 AIP holds webinar “Changes to the Labor Code - Decent Work Agenda”
“Changes to the Labor Code - Decent Work Agenda” is the name of the webinar that AIP, in partnership with Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva & Associados, will hold on March 10, at 11 am. Among other topics, speakers José Amorim Magalhães and Tomás Barroso de Sousa will address: changes to the trial period; fixed-term contracts; measures to combat false self-employment and undeclared work; creation of a presumption of the existence of an employment contract with operators of digital platforms; new rules applied to temporary work; new rules on parenting protection; changes in the criteria for paying overtime; and strengthening of ACT's powers in irregular dismissals and administrative simplification.
