Ascendum sells car business to Litocar

Ascendum – one of the world's largest distributors of Volvo machinery and equipment and other brands – announced the sale of its company Ascendum Auto, in the automotive area in Portugal, to the Litocar group, a company specialized in the automotive sector. Ascendum now concentrates all businesses with the same management matrix, with guidelines converging on the sectors of activity in which it operates: construction equipment, industries, infrastructure, agriculture, recycling and transport.

With effect from last August 1st, Ascendum Auto, dealership of the Volvo, Mitsubishi Motors, Fuso and Maxus brands, became part of the assets of a business group totally focused on the automotive business, with professional management and financial solidity. . All employees will join the new company, maintaining the same conditions and rights.
