The AIP, in partnership with the City Council of São Pedro do Sul, will hold, on the 2nd of February, at Termas de São Pedro do Sul, an event to raise awareness and publicize the program “Portugal Sou Eu”. The session takes place between 3 pm and 5.30 pm and includes a visit to the Spa, a round table with the theme “Creating value and producing Portuguese”, which will feature testimonials from the spa itself and the company Amor Luso, an intervention on “The Role of Municipalities in the Socio-Economic Development of their Municipalities”, and a moment of tasting of regional products. Participation is free, but subject to registration. The “Portugal Sou Eu” program was launched in December 2012 by the Government to boost the competitiveness of companies, promote a balanced trade balance, combat unemployment and contribute to the sustained growth of the economy. It is a program aimed at the Primary sector, Industry, Services, Handicrafts, Retail and Wholesale Trade, Restaurants and Accommodation with Restaurants, which signals, through the attribution of the “Portugal Sou Eu” seal, the products and services that generate value in the country .
