AIP and ISCTE involve 250 entrepreneurs in the Líder+Digital project
AIP, in consortium with ISCTE, will launch the Líder+Digital training project, which is expected to involve 250 entrepreneurs, managers and executives with leadership potential. Its aim is to promote the improvement of the digital skills of business decision-makers and support the definition and implementation of digital transition plans in their companies. The project's focus areas will be “Digital Transformation Management”, “Data Science for Decision Making”, “Digital Marketing and e-commerce” and “Technological Solutions applicable to various business areas”. The Líder+Digital project is an excellent example of the articulation between academic skills and the transfer and practical application of knowledge for companies. Access more information.
The theoretical training
component will be developed by ISCTE teachers, and the definition and
implementation of digital transition plans will be ensured by AIP
trainers/consultants, who will facilitate the process and monitor the progress
of the action plans until the expected objective is achieved. Decision-makers
will have at their disposal a set of models and tools for planning, progress
analysis, change management and definition of mitigation plans, which will be
produced and reviewed in a training context.
