2nd edition of AIP project will enable new skills development in 25 SMEs
AIP will move forward with the 2nd edition of the SKILLSTECH project,
which aims to promote new skills among entrepreneurs, managers and executives
of 25 SMEs in the production technology sector, necessary to face the
challenges of competitiveness and innovation that currently arise in the
context of global value chains, thus promoting the orientation of companies
towards knowledge- and technology-intensive production models. The training to
be carried out will focus on the following thematic areas: digital economy,
digitalization and industry 4.0; management and productivity improvement tools;
environmental, social and corporate governance, internationalization: online
sales, communication and digital marketing, artificial intelligence applicable
to various business areas, leadership and team motivation. The joint training
project to develop the skills of SMEs in the PRODUTECH cluster was approved by
COMPETE 2030. It is co-financed by the ESF+ and grants an incentive to the
participating SMEs for each trainee who takes part in the project's training
